A little magic is coming to More Brewing Co. this Sunday as the Streetz Artz Alliance returns with the enchanting May Fairy Market on Sunday, May 17, 2026, from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Bringing together more than 40 curated artists, makers, authors, bakers, creators, and magical small businesses, this free and family-friendly artisan market transforms the brewery grounds into a whimsical spring shopping experience filled with creativity, fantasy, and community spirit.
Editor's Note: A 3-picture per artist section is at the end of this article showing off new items and pictures of products from many of the artists in the event!
Located outside in the side parking lot and behind the brewery, guests can stroll through a marketplace packed with handcrafted treasures while enjoying the laid-back atmosphere of one of the western suburbs’ favorite craft brewery destinations. Rain or shine, fairies, fantasy, and local art will take over Villa Park for an afternoon designed to celebrate handmade creativity and small business.

“This event was created to bring a little magic into people’s lives while showcasing artists who truly fit the fairy and fantasy theme,” said Paula Krizek, curator and organizer of the market. “From folklore-inspired artwork and botanical jewelry to fantasy authors, whimsical décor, sweet treats, and interactive makers, this market is all about celebrating imagination, creativity, and community in a fun and welcoming environment.”
Visitors can sip and shop while enjoying everything More Brewing Co. has to offer. The brewery will feature its award-winning craft beer selection alongside wine, seltzers, non-alcoholic options, and a full food menu. Just in time for the event, More Brewing is also rolling out a brand-new summer burger menu, including Villa Park’s exclusive “What’s Good Here?” burger — a stacked creation featuring a house blend beef and jalapeño patty, Nueske’s bacon, grilled onions, pepper jack cheese, secret sauce, and field greens on a Turano homestyle bun. If weather cooperates, the brewery also hopes to open the back garage door and offer outdoor beverage service for guests enjoying the market.

The May Fairy Market embraces fantasy, folklore, nature, and whimsical artistry throughout the entire event. Artists like Art of Alex Kujawa, Dark Fey Arts, and Slow Poke Sculpts bring the fairy-inspired theme to life through folklore art, creepy-cute sculptures, enchanted dolls, wearable fantasy creations, and magical décor.
Alex Kujawa shared one preview for the event featuring her handmade Kodama forest spirits inspired by Japanese folklore, saying, “Kodama are small forest spirits from Japanese folklore that appear when the forest is healthy. Bottled with love, a dash of magic, and dried flowers from my own beloved garden, these little Kodamas are charms to help your own plants grow.”
Guests will also find artists bringing interactive and immersive experiences to the market. Geekbit Creations will debut brand-new accessories and whimsical jewelry perfect for fairy-inspired outfits, while Jewels Crafts allows shoppers to become the designer through custom silicone bead accessories assembled on-site.

Nearly 20 percent of the artists participating in this event are making their debut at both a Streetz Artz Alliance event and at More Brewing Villa Park, helping ensure the market feels fresh and unique even for returning shoppers. New featured artists include Sara A. Noë, an award-winning fantasy author and photographer bringing immersive books and fantasy-themed artwork; and Me'Chic Forever Permanent Jewelry, offering welded clasp-free jewelry designed to celebrate meaningful connections.
Other featured creators include Crow & Moon Enchantments with handcrafted intention candles and spiritual creations, and Reflections with Kate showcasing crystal trees, pyrography, dreamcatchers, and chakra-inspired artwork.
Fantasy literature and storytelling will also have a major presence at the event. Melanie Klegerman Fersko will bring illustrated fantasy novels and fairy-inspired artwork, while mythic poet kat. shares her debut collection rooted in themes of transformation, memory, and the divine feminine.

Beyond the fantasy themes, the market also celebrates an incredible range of handmade goods and artisan products. Guests can discover gourmet marshmallows and whimsical desserts from The Great Sandeenie L.L.C. and Honey Bee Kind Bakery, freshly air-roasted coffee from Gigawatt Coffee Roasters, handcrafted plants from I Just Wet My Plants, nautical curiosities from The Hooked Leviathan, wearable art from Dye the Day Away, and original artwork from creators like Bryan Gregory Forsyth and Ghost Owl Studio.
Like all Streetz Artz Alliance events, the May Fairy Market is carefully curated to prioritize originality, quality, variety, and community over repetition. The organization continues its mission of creating welcoming events where shoppers can connect directly with artists and support independent small businesses throughout the Midwest. Many participating artists also support charitable causes, use handmade or locally sourced materials, or have built businesses rooted in healing, sustainability, and personal storytelling.
