Curated by Alissa Harris of the Streetz Artz Alliance and owner of Cats, Crafts & Cooking, the Hoppy Makers Market continues a growing partnership between the Streetz Artz Alliance and Hopvine Brewing Company. Harris works carefully to create a balanced and varied line-up of artists so visitors can experience a little bit of everything during their visit.
Patrons can expect to find hand-painted décor, watercolor art, handmade jewelry, crochet goods, original illustrations, candles, vinyl records, books, CBD products, coasters, magnets, bookmarks, stickers, sculptures, sweets, gourmet treats, and more throughout the afternoon.
“Hopvine is tucked into one of the outlots of Fox Valley Mall and honestly feels like a hidden gem,” explained John Streetz, head of the Streetz Artz Alliance. “Every time I’ve visited this venue, I’ve had amazing service, great food, and excellent beer. We’re very thankful they’re hosting us again this Saturday.”
Hopvine Brewing Company itself is a major part of the experience. Located just west of Route 59 near Fox Valley Mall, the brewery features a full craft beer lineup, full bar, spacious seating, and both indoor and outdoor areas for patrons to enjoy. Their side beer garden provides a perfect spring atmosphere for relaxing with friends between shopping trips through the artisan market.
The brewery’s kitchen menu also helps make this a complete afternoon destination. Patrons can pair their shopping adventure with shareables like loaded tots, onion rings, and pretzel bites, or dive into pizza flats, tacos, sandwiches, salads, and rotating specials. Dessert and side options are also available, giving visitors plenty of reasons to stay awhile and enjoy the atmosphere.
Hopvine recently announced a new beer release just in time for warmer weather: “Lazer Brain,” a hop-forward American Wheat Ale bursting with citrus zest and tropical fruit flavors from Amarillo and Mosaic hops. The brewery describes the beer as crisp, light, and perfect for enjoying outdoors during spring and summer.
Featured Artists at the Hoppy Makers Market
One of the strengths of the Hoppy Makers Market is its balance of returning Streetz Artz Alliance favorites alongside artists making their first appearance at Hopvine Brewing Company.
Accents by Rosey
Artist Patti Rose brings decades of artistic experience to the event through watercolor paintings, framed prints, greeting cards, bookmarks, and hand-painted décor pieces. Many locals may already recognize her work from the stained glass windows at the Tinley Park Public Library. Her booth celebrates color, creativity, holidays, and everyday beauty through handcrafted art pieces designed to brighten any home.
Cats, Crafts & Cooking
Curator Alissa Harris will also be vending at the event with her signature line of repurposed tile coasters, cat toys, mugs, blankets, signs, and mixed-media creations. Known for blending VHS covers, old books, paint, resin, and a strong DIY spirit, Harris has built a loyal following throughout the Chicago artisan market community.
Slow Poke Sculpts
Fans of creepy-cute artwork will want to stop by Slow Poke Sculpts, where hand-sculpted clay creatures, magnets, stickers, and peculiar creations turn everyday objects into playful and unusual art pieces.
Ewelinko’s Art Shop
Making a debut appearance at Hopvine, Ewelinko’s Art Shop offers cute illustrations and semi-realism artwork transformed into prints, stickers, bookmarks, pins, and keychains. The booth is filled with colorful original designs perfect for collectors of stationery and illustrative art.
The Crooked Workbench
Blending 3D printing technology with hand-painted craftsmanship, The Crooked Workbench creates imaginative décor pieces, lamps, articulated animals, earrings, magnets, and desk accessories that bridge modern manufacturing with handmade artistry.

Robin Monique Rios Art
Chicago-based multidisciplinary artist and author Robin Monique Rios brings a darker artistic aesthetic to the market with original paintings, photography, mixed-media sculpture, magnets, clocks, and copies of her gothic vampire novel, “Raevyn’s Plight.”
Mama Mick Crafts
Crochet lovers will find handmade purses, wallets, shawls, keychains, headbands, and stuffed animals at Mama Mick Crafts, showcasing colorful fiber creations and wearable accessories.
Wicked Fun Crafts
Another debut artist at Hopvine, Wicked Fun Crafts specializes in candles and wax melts inspired by fantasy themes, scent memories, and pop culture storytelling. Their “olfactory witchcraft” branding combines atmosphere, fragrance, and fandom into one uniquely immersive experience.
Returning Streetz Artz Alliance favorites including Masterclass Savory Sweet Foods, Snowingstars, Roczilla Records, and Cats, Crafts & Cooking help round out the line-up with giant cookies, gourmet treats, vinyl records, handmade coasters, original artwork, and more.
Left to Right: Roczilla Records is taking two spaces up at this event to sell a great variety of records, Cats, Crafts & Cooking will have lots of Spring and themed coaster sets for sale, Brenda Moore with Masterclass Sweet Savory Foods will be announcing their cookie menu sometime this week on their business page: https://www.facebook.com/mssfds
Supporting Charities Through Local Art
Many artists within the Streetz Artz Alliance also use their businesses to support causes important to them, and this event is no exception.
One featured vendor, Masterclass Savory Sweet Foods, has spent nearly a decade supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital through proceeds generated at artisan events throughout the year. Owner Brenda Moore collects donations across her vending season before making annual contributions to the hospital.
“It’s a beautiful hospital and it’s because of the children,” explained Moore. “This location is something I’m proud to contribute to and I do what I can to help the children.”
Stories like these continue to highlight how artisan markets do more than simply support small businesses — they also help strengthen charitable efforts and community connections across the region.

Illinois Craft Beer Summer Passport Program
Hopvine Brewing Company is also one of the participating breweries in the Illinois Craft Beer Summer Passport Program for 2026. While the brewery may currently be out of physical passports, visitors attending the Hoppy Makers Market can still stop in and receive a stamp while enjoying the event.
