Sip, Shop, and Celebrate Love at The Lovers Market in Tinley Park

TINLEY PARK, IL — A Valentine’s-inspired shopping and sipping experience returns to Tinley Park on Saturday, Feb. 7, as the Streetz Artz Alliance brings The Lovers Market to Soundgrowler Brewing.
Running from 12 to 5 p.m. at Soundgrowler Brewing, located at 8201 183rd St., Suite P, this indoor market transforms the brewery into a cozy, love-themed gathering space filled with local artists, makers, vintage finds and specialty food vendors. For this event, Soundgrowler is opening its brewing area to accommodate an expanded lineup of artists, creating more room for patrons to explore.
The Lovers Market is curated by Alissa Harris of the Streetz Artz Alliance and features a thoughtfully selected mix of returning favorites and first-time vendors at this venue. Shoppers can expect to see well-loved names such as Belonio Doodles, Grandma Dan’s Bakery, KP’s Candy Factory, Libby McArthur Art, Masterclass Sweet & Savory Foods, Gigawatt Coffee Roasters, DK Custom Woodwork and Special K’s BeerCandles, alongside many artists making their Soundgrowler debut.
“This market really brings together so many artists that people actively seek out and support,” said John E. Streetz, founder of the Streetz Artz Alliance. “While I won’t be able to attend this one personally, I’m incredibly grateful to Alissa Harris for stepping in and running the event. The lineup and energy are going to be fantastic.”
The artist roster includes a wide range of handmade and specialty goods, including jewelry, candles, resin dice, ceramics, books, baked goods, art prints, vintage items, decor and apparel. New-to-this-venue artists include Black Creek Outpost, Cin’s Crafty Creations, Custom Dice by Alyssa, EE Hornburg Books, Ellieanne Creations, Ember & Ivory Candle Company, Flowering Fields Designs, Good Spirits Vintage, Hex & Crust, Mad Apple Creative, Pigeon Brain Studios LLC, Spicy Grrrls Hot Sauce and the Silicone Syndicate, among others.
One standout vendor, Hex & Crust, is a Frankfort-based artist known for crafting pies with a playful, magical twist. Their desserts often feature whimsical designs inspired by monsters, creepy-cute aesthetics and even cacti, all brought to life with detailed frosting work. Several of their specialty slices will be unveiled at this market just ahead of Valentine’s Day.
Adding an interactive element to the event, Ten Cups Tarot will be offering in-person tarot readings throughout the day. Options include individual readings, couple readings and a newly introduced “Year Ahead” reading. According to owner Teagan Hofmann, the Year Ahead reading features a guidance card for 2026 as well as a card representing each month of the year, and this will be the first time it’s available for in-person sessions. Patrons are encouraged to bring a partner, crush or situationship along for the experience.
Plant lovers will also find something special at the market. I Just Wet My Plants will be showcasing their signature air plant and cactus displays, along with a new lineup of Valentine’s-themed items. Owner Lee Zagrakalis shared that offerings will include heart-shaped pots, red planters with messages rising from the soil, and expressive pots with faces designed to make memorable gifts for any Valentine.
Throughout the market, guests can enjoy Soundgrowler Brewing’s food and beverage offerings. The menu features tacos, burritos and other favorites, along with a robust tap list that includes beers such as Tortilla Hands and Orange Haze. Non-alcoholic options are also available, including draft root beer, hop water, Coca-Cola and Jarritos in Mandarin and Fruit Punch. Some menu items may be limited during the event, and brewery staff can assist with details when ordering.
In addition to hosting the market, Soundgrowler Brewing is promoting a Super Bowl Sunday special. The brewery is offering taco platters with mix-and-match protein options, designed for game-day gatherings. These can be paired with beer to-go, including pre-made four-packs or build-your-own mixed four-packs from the taproom. Orders can be placed directly through the brewery.
The Lovers Market welcomes everyone, regardless of relationship status. Whether attending solo, with friends or with a partner, guests are invited to relax with great beer, enjoy flavorful food and browse a carefully curated mix of artists, makers, vintage goods and themed finds. Items available at the market range from self-care products and sweet treats to original artwork, jewelry, apparel and one-of-a-kind decor.
Libby McArthur Art has also been named Soundgrowler Brewing’s featured artist for February 2026. A selection of their prints, framed work and more will be displayed inside the taproom throughout the month.
