Curated Sip & Shop Event Comes to North Aurora this Saturday

Brother Chimp Brewing is turning up the energy this Saturday, March 28, 2026, as over a dozen artists take over the taproom from 12pm to 4pm in North Aurora, Illinois. Fresh off celebrating six years in business, the brewery is pairing its award-winning craft beer with a tightly curated, high-impact market brought together by Alissa Harris of the Streetz Artz Alliance. This is one of those perfectly sized, all-indoor events where every table matters, every artist is intentional, and every visit feels personal.

The Streetz Artz Alliance continues its mission of supporting local artists and breweries across Chicagoland, bringing together a diverse mix of creators in a relaxed sip and shop environment. This Saturday’s market may be more intimate in size, but it is packed with talent, offering a wide range of handmade goods, original artwork, and specialty items that span from clean and functional to bold and unconventional.

Returning favorites include Honey Grove, known for locally sourced honey products, KP’s Candy Factory with their fun and indulgent chocolate-covered creations, and DK Custom Woodworking, a veteran-crafted brand offering cutting boards, utensils, pepper towers, and finely made wood pieces that blend function and craftsmanship.

Several artists are making their debut at Brother Chimp Brewing, adding fresh energy to the lineup. Wine Candles by Brent brings a unique twist to home fragrance, while Robin Monique Rios Art showcases original artwork with a distinctive voice. Only Skullz LLC introduces handcrafted skull-themed creations, including custom LED trailer hitch lights designed to stand out both visually and functionally. Angelic Celestial Whispers offers a deeply personal experience through spiritual readings, led by a third-generation evidential medium who blends multiple intuitive abilities to provide guidance, healing, and connection.

Avijo Design adds a vibrant and nostalgic flair to the market with bold, statement-making bags in unique shapes like coffins, dice, and hearts, while That Girl at the Market offers a curated collection of spiritual and handcrafted goods including crystals, manifestation candles, and handmade jewelry designed for intention-setting and personal growth. MPN 3D brings innovation into the mix with newly released marble racers and a variety of 3D-printed creations that highlight creativity and engineering.

Shoppers can expect to find an eclectic range of items throughout the market including handcrafted handbags, candles, jewelry, woodworking, 3D prints, spiritual goods, original art, home decor, self-care products, pet items, and gourmet treats. It is a well-balanced mix that ensures there is something for everyone, whether you are shopping for a gift or picking up something unique for yourself.

Adding to the experience, Chef Keith of Cooking with Flavor will be serving up a full menu starting at 2pm and continuing through 7pm, giving guests the option to stay and enjoy the brewery even after the market wraps at 4pm. The menu includes shrimp and crawfish Étouffée served over rice, creole chicken over rice, hot honey jalapeno cornbread, and southern pecan pie, bringing bold, comforting flavors that pair perfectly with the brewery’s drink offerings.

This event also highlights the meaningful impact many of these small businesses have beyond their products. Treats by William, a family-run business, not only produces high-quality, preservative-free pet treats but also advocates for job skill training within the autism community. They donate 30 percent of their coffee sales to animal rescues, helping support shelters in finding homes for animals in need. MPN 3D contributes a portion of their sales to MakeGood, a nonprofit focused on providing accessible assistive technology to individuals regardless of financial or geographic barriers.
